Danency Altagracia Caceres, 49, Worked as Mortgage Banker

Danency Altagracia Caceres, 49, of Haverhill, passed away Sept. 20, at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston with her family by her side.

Born in Bonao, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of Danilo Caceres and Gisela Bautista Caceres of Haverhill. Raised and educated in the Dominican Republic, she attended University in the Dominican Republic and, after moving to Haverhill, she attended Northern Essex Community College. Caceres was a mortgage banker, working for the Federal Savings Bank of Chicago. She was a woman of many talents, also working as a nurse and as a hairdresser. A devoted mother who loved her family, she was known to be creative in all that she did. Caceres loved to travel with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she leaves three children, Denisse A. Baez, Edgar A. Baez Jr. and Edicer E. Baez, all of Haverhill; two brothers, Ramon D. Caceres and Fidel E. Caceres, both of the Domincan Republic; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. She was predeceased by her sister Gisela D. Caceres.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours Friday, Sept. 28, from 4-7 p.m., at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services begin Saturday morning at 10, at the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. James Church, Winter Street, Haverhill, at 11 am. Burial will be private.
