YMCA’s David Curley Memorial 5K Road Race Is Sunday, July 15

Lace up those sneakers and get ready for some fun: The seventh annual David Curley memorial 5K road race is planned for this Sunday, July 15 at Haverhill’s Pentucket Lake Elementary School.

Sunday’s fun run kicks off at 9 a.m. at 252 Concord St., and advance tickets are $25. Registration on race day is $35. Participants who register ahead of time may pick up their race day materials on the Winter Street YMCA on Thursday (12-9 p.m.), Friday (5 a.m.-9 p.m.) or Saturday (6 a.m.-9 p.m.)

Awards are presented to top male and female finishers in a variety of categories and a kids’ only run also takes place.

Proceeds will support the YMCA Curley was a member of before his 2012 death.
