Police: Haverhill Woman Faces Assault with Dangerous Weapon Charge

A Haverhill woman faces assault charges as a result of an investigation by Haverhill police.

Emily Bergollo, 23, of 127 How St., was taken into custody at 9:51 p.m. Thursday at her home. She was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and destruction of property.

She is scheduled to appear in Haverhill Distirct Court.

In other police news:

Deric Perry, 18, of 55 Varnum St., Haverhill, was arrested Thursday at 10:43 p.m. at 79 Castle Road. He was charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and driving without a license.

Krystal Duval, 24, of Manchester, N.H., was arrested at 8 p.m. on Lowell Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of drugs.

Erison Maldonado, 27, f o101 Laurel Ave., Bradford, related to driving without a license, disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disguise to obstruct justice, failure to stop or yield, improper turn, operation without an inspection sticker, 4 Railroad Square, 9:10 a.m.
