A Haverhill motorist, accused of a second underage drunk driving offense, is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
Luke Strangman, 19, of 62 Groveland St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 4:25 a.m., Sunday, at 259 Lincoln Ave. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (second offense) and not having a license in possession.

Two women, arrested early Friday evening on assault-related charges charges, are due to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Kristen Reyes, 25, of 28 Presidential Drive, Haverhill, and Crystal Jordan, 22, of Lawrence, were arrested by Haverhill police between 5:53 and 6:03 p.m., Friday, at 66 Pecker St. Each was charged with assault and battery. Jordan was additionally charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
A Haverhill man, arrested early Monday evening on a charge of shoplifting at Central Plaza, 2 Water St., is to be arraigned in court. Jose Barcello, 54, of 93 White St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 5:11 p.m., Monday.
