A Salisbury man, arrested by Haverhill police Tuesday night on drug dealing charges, is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
Paul Maffeo, 60, of Salisbury, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. at 426 Lowell Ave. He was charged with possession of a class A drug, drug possession with intent to distribute, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing a police investigation.

Melissa Barber, 40, of 6 Highland Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 11:20 p.m., at 15 Hilldale Ave. She was charged with disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended registration.
Thomas Duval, 48, of 21 Portland St., Haverhill, was taken into custody Tuesday at 1:53 p.m., at 2 Washington Square, on a warrant related to assault and battery on a family or household member.
