Paul Mandziak, 73, PC Designer

Paul_MandziakPaul Mandziak, 73, of Haverhill, husband of Cara Marie (Zito) Mandziak, passed away Feb. 9, at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, surrounded by his family.

Born in Dorchester, he was the son of the late Stephen and Sophie (Kolodziej) Mandziak. Raised and educated in Boston, he was a graduate of Boston Latin School, class of 1960. He attended Tufts University in Boston. He was in the high tech industry as a PC designer. He was also a talented cook and worked at various restaurants through the years. He enjoyed working out at the Salem Health Club in Salem, N.H., where he was a member, swimming in his pool, listening to all genres of music and taking rides on his motorcycle.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Kelly (Riley) Solimine and her significant other Barry Ferguson of Haverhill; grandson, Kevin Solimine; two great granddaughters, Dahlia Solimine and Geneveive Solimine; many nieces and nephews; and sister, Louise Wilkes and her husband Thomas of Groton, Conn.. He was predeceased by a brother Stephen Mandziak.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours Thursday, Feb. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.
