Joseph K. Muller, 54, Worked as a Bookbinder

Joseph K. Muller, 54, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, Nov. 11.

Born in Portsmouth, Va., on July 24, 1963, he was the son of Joseph K. Muller, Sr. and the late Hildagarde (Dietrich) Muller.

In his youth, Mueller was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and advanced to achieve Eagle Scout. As a bookbinder, he worked for Sir Speedy Printing and Fotobeam Brookside. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Haverhill. Mueller enjoyed history with emphasis on World War II and fabricated detailed models of ships and planes of that era. He took great pride in maintaining a diversified fish aquarium and was a member of the Boston Aquarium Society.

Beside his father, Mueller is survived by his daughters Lainee Muller of Chicago, Caitlyn Muller of Haverhill, brother Christopher Muller of Salem, N.H., sister Anna Muller-Merrill of Nashua, N.H. and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, Nov. 20 at 4 p.m., at Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main Street, Haverhill. Calling hours will precede the service from 2 to 4 p.m.
