Buttonwoods Museum’s “History for Half Pints” features “The Merry Merrimack,” Tuesday, Aug. 2, from 3:30 to 5 p.m., 240 water St., Haverhill.
The program is designed for children aged 2 through 6 and their caregivers.
“The Merrimack River is made more colorful when half-pints make their own maps. Children learn all about life on the river and conduct experiments to see what will sink or float,” according to the museum.
The cost is $5 per child or $4 for museum members. Reserve your spot by emailing [email protected] by Thursday, July 28, at 5 p.m.
