Haverhill Police have made two more drug-related arrests at the state border—bringing to five taken into custody there in about a week.

Steven Patoine, 44, of Sanford, Maine, and Livio Henriquez-Soler, 26, of Lawrence, were arrested Thursday night, just after 7:30 on Plaistow Road. Both were charged with possession of drugs with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Henriquez-Soler was also charged with distribution of drugs

Last week, three other out-of-town men were arrested at the Plaistow Road address on fentanyl and other drug-related charges.

Rafael Espinal-Calderon, 27, of Lynn, and Griffin Fredette, 19, and Brandon McWilliams, 20, both of York, Maine, were arrested by Haverhill Police six days earlier. Fredette was charged with two counts of fentanyl trafficking, possession of drugs with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Espinal-Calderon and McWilliams were each charged with fentanyl trafficking, two counts of drug distribution and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Espinal-Calderon was additionally charged with using a disguise to obstruct justice.

Espinal-Calderon was initially held on $10,000 ball in district court, but bail was revoked because of another, outstanding case at Boston Municipal Court. Fredette was held on $6,500 bail and McWilliams was held on $1,500.
