The Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce is staffing up. The organization this week announced that Angela Tita Antonopoulos has been hired as the new Membership Coordinator.
A Haverhill native, Tita Antonopoulos comes to the Chamber after serving as a WOW (Winning Opportunities for Women) committee member for two years.
In her new role, she will cultivate relationships with local businesses and make prospective members aware of Chamber opportunities, Operations Manager Beth Morrow told WHAV.
The hiring of Tita Antonopoulos is the second recent personnel headline to come out of the Chamber in recent weeks. Earlier this month, Chamber President and CEO Beverly Donovan announced she would step down from the Haverhill organization to become the next economic development coordinator for Derry, N.H. Donovan, with the Chamber since 2016, will stay on board with her current colleagues part-time until the end of March to help with the transition.
