    • That’s right a wall and a razor wire fence to surround the infamous city of Lawrence. I suggest that it formally from that day forward be called Lawrence medium security prison instead of the informally current name of Lawrence minimum security prison or illegal central criminal meeting house. Anything to stop the crime wave that is the city of Lawrence. Andover stay strong we will all pray 4 you.
