Andover Police Seek Help Naming Men Who Robbed Santander Bank Saturday

Andover Police are seeking the public’s help in naming the men who robbed a Santander Bank branch late Saturday morning.

Chief Patrick Keefe said the bank at 211 North Main St. was robbed at about 11:35 a.m. He said two men walked into the branch. One of the men passed a note to a teller demanding money while the other stood by the entrance. There was no weapon shown and no one was injured.

Both men fled with an unknown sum of money in what was believed to be a black sedan with a Rhode Island registration. A third man is believed to have driven the car.

Surveillance footage from the bank is being reviewed by police investigators.
