Alice M. (White) McNeil, 86, of Haverhill passed away Saturday night, June 17, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Haverhill Aug. 2, 1930, daughter of the late Frank and Julia (Gaquin) White. She worked for many years at Malden Mills until her retirement.
McNeil was predeceased by her loving husband Richard who passed away in 1991.
She is survived by her 11 children, Frank McNeil of Danville, N.H., Bob McNeil and his wife Marie of Methuen, Michael McNeil and his wife Lori of Haverhill, Joyce McNeil Heisler of Groveland, Eddie McNeil of Haverhill, Thomas McNeil of Haverhill, Dennis McNeil and his wife Claire of Ohio, Denise Zielinski and her husband Andrew of Haverhill, Billy McNeil of Maine., Brian McNeil of Haverhill, and James McNeil and his fiancé Rebecca Gaston of Haverhill; brother, John White and his wife Emiline of Florida; sister, Florence Crowe and her husband David of New Hampshire; multiple grand children and great grand children; longtime companion Ram Ramsamuj; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours Sunday, June 25, from 2 to 5 p.m., at H.L. Farmer and Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Her funeral is Monday, beginning at 10 a.m., at the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., in Saints James Church, Haverhill. Burial follows in Elmwood Cemetery, Bradford.
