Alan P. Frazier, 67, Vietnam War, Retired Postal Worker

Alan P. Frazier, 67, passed away peacefully, Saturday, July 29, at Kaplan Family Hospice, Danvers.

Frazier was born March 14, 1950, in Boston, son of the late William and Mary (Grifone) Frazier. He grew up in Boston, having attended Boston public schools. He served his country honorably during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy and Navy Reserve. During his service in the U.S. Navy, Frazier earned the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. He retired from the United States Postal Service and was a member of Disabled American Veterans.

Frazier is survived by his wife Zoleta (Marano) Frazier of Haverhill; children, stepchildren, grandchildren, brother William, and several nieces and nephews. He will be missed by family, friends and his church community at Lifeline Baptist Church, Haverhill.

A memorial service takes place Tuesday, Aug. 8, at 7 p.m., from the Lifeline Baptist Church 14 Brandy Brow Road, Haverhill. Services are in the care of  Grondin-Carnevale Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill.
